Annual Office Employee Physical Package: $295 includes:

• All of the above minus the Drug Screening and Breath Alcohol Testing.

Field Employee Pre-Employment Physical Package: $495 includes:

• Drug Screen

• Breath / Alcohol

• Audio / Vision

• Pulmonary Function Test

• EKG

• Basic Lab: CBC, SMAC 25, U/A, RPR

• Fit Testing on 4 Masks

• Doctor's Clearance

Field Employee Annual Physical Package: $395 includes:

• All of the above minus the Drug Screening and Breath Alcohol Testing.

First Aid and Emergency Response Services

Pinnacle provides 24/7 emergency response services by Virgin Islands certified EMT's to all HOVENSA and Contractor employees. We also provide on site first aid to contractor accounts.
